Andrew French & I have been married for 25 years and live in New York City.

Because 2 of our 3 children and 3 of our 4 grandchildren live in the Bay Area we now spend almost half of the year here & will be in Berkeley September to December 2015.

My husband & I are both retired. We met working in Central Park in the early 80s. My last job (1990 to 2008) was as president of Wave Hill, a public garden & cultural institution in New York City.

A son Christopher who is a decorative painter & interior designer lives in New Jersey w/ his son Charley (11). Daughter Anne & her husband Erik, both public service attorneys, live in Berkeley w/ Rafi (11) & Sadie (9). Stepson Henry lives in SF w/ his partner Kara & their 2-yr.-old daughter Eloise.

My family moved to Orinda in December of junior year. It was a very positive experience for me.
